If you booked your room directly with the hotel, a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival date to   avoid cancellation charges unless you have purchased a “Book Early and Save” rate which is non-refundable.

Yes it is free for guests staying at the hotel, attending a conference in one of our meeting rooms or enjoying the restaurant. 

Yes, our Customer Service Agent will show the driver(s) where to park.

Yes, the hotel’s shuttle service will take you anywhere within a 3KM radius.

There are no extra charges for children under 18 years old sharing their parents’ room.

For your convenience, a microwave is available (free of charge) on lower level (SS) beside the vending machines.

A certified lifeguard is present from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily from early June until Monday of the Labor Day week-end.
